Join journalism

Are you interested in joining journalism? There are a lot of ways you can be a part of it!

First, you can join the journalism class! In this class, we learn the different formats of a news story, feature story, opinion story and more. While we learn, we make sure to have fun and build a strong team of writers.

If you don’t have the time in your schedule for a class, you can become a reporter at large. This means you can write stories on your own time, participate in meetings and attend any events or field trips. Being a reporter at large means that your stories will go on our site each month.
